In addition, the high fat intake keeps you feeling fuller for longer, and helps maintain that feeling of fullness for the whole day.
My Success Story with Ketogenic Diet
I started my journey with the Ketogenic diet around 6 months ago, when I weighed around 190 pounds. I knew I needed to make a change in my diet and lifestyle, but I didn’t know where to start. A friend of mine recommended the Ketogenic diet and I decided to give it a try.
At first, I found it a bit difficult to adjust to the high-fat intake, as I had always believed that fats were bad for your health. But with some research and guidance from my dietician, I was able to make the necessary changes and stick to the diet.
In the first few weeks, I noticed that my energy levels had improved significantly. I was no longer feeling lethargic or sleepy after meals. In addition, I lost around 5-7 pounds in the first few weeks!

Not only did I lose weight, but I also noticed an improvement in my skin, hair, and overall health. My cholesterol levels also improved, and I was able to come off medication for high blood pressure.
